Driving through The Northeast Kingdom in Vermont is like driving through a kaleidoscope of myriad brilliant colors: red, orange, gold, magenta, yellow, purple, green and brown. Most of the fantastic colors are generated by the native Sugar Maples that are so abundant in Vermont and provide us with that wonderful Vermont Maple Syrup. It’s a short, magical time of year in the north country.
